Delivery cost

Delivery is a flat R89 to any address in South Africa.

Orders of R799 or more are delivered free.

There are no additional handling, packaging or surcharge fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How long delivery takes

Orders arrive within 8 to 11 business days from the day you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We would rather quote you an honest window and meet it than promise two days and miss it.

How we deliver

We ship nationwide with Aramex Store-to-Door, delivered to your physical address.

Because this is a door-to-door service, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please give us a street address where someone can receive the parcel during working hours — a workplace address is often easier than a home address.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow the parcel through to delivery.

Before you order

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number at checkout. The most common cause of a delayed parcel is an incomplete address or a phone number the courier cannot reach.

If your address is in a complex, estate or business park, add the unit or building name — it makes a real difference to first-time delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 11 business days, email us with your order number and we will chase it up with Aramex on your behalf.
