Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use zentrostudio.co.za or buy from Zentro Studio. South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (“ECTA”), applies where relevant. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Store and contact

Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18, or use the store with a parent or legal guardian. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully or use it for fraudulent activity.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, dimensions, compatibility, materials and colours accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing batches can cause small visual differences. Please check the product page and selected variant before ordering. Availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Zentro Studio is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT. Delivery charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at Shopify checkout.
Orders
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. We will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Delivery
We currently deliver within South Africa. Standard delivery is R89 and qualifying orders from R799 receive free delivery. The estimated delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days after order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by incorrect addresses, remote areas, courier disruptions, public holidays or events beyond reasonable control. Discounts and bundles
Eligible Zentro products and workspace bundles automatically qualify for 10% off when any 2 items are purchased and 15% off when any 3 or more items are purchased. Mixed eligible colours, sizes and products can qualify. Free nationwide delivery applies to orders of R799 or more. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn prospectively, but this will not affect an already accepted order.
Returns, cancellations and defects
Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within the period provided by ECTA. Defective, unsafe or unsuitable goods are handled in line with the CPA. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the process and does not limit statutory rights.
Accounts and messages
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for supplying accurate contact and delivery details. Transactional messages are sent to manage your order. Marketing messages are optional and can be unsubscribed from.
Intellectual property
The Zentro Studio name, site design, written content, graphics and other store materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or exploit them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights or loss caused by gross negligence.
Third-party services
The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors and couriers. Their own terms may apply to the services they provide. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean we control those websites.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We may update them for future use of the store. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order.
