Your right to cancel within 7 days

Because you are buying online, section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

If you cancel under this right, we will refund the full purchase price within 30 days. The only cost you carry is the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Items must come back unused and in their original packaging.

If an item is faulty or not as described

Under sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have 6 months from delivery to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for their intended purpose. Within that period the choice is yours — a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

Where an item is genuinely faulty, we carry the cost of the return. You are not required to accept a repair if you would rather have a refund or a replacement.

What is not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear is not treated as a defect. Adhesive-mounted products are designed for clean, smooth surfaces — adhesive that fails on textured, porous or unclean surfaces is not a manufacturing fault.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and, where relevant, a photograph of the issue. We will confirm the return address and walk you through the next step. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

These terms exist alongside your rights in law and do not replace or limit them. Where anything here conflicts with the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the legislation applies.
