Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to valid street addresses across South Africa.
What does delivery cost?
Standard nationwide delivery is R89. Delivery is free when your qualifying cart subtotal reaches R799. The available rate is confirmed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8–11 business days after your order is confirmed. Weekends and South African public holidays are not business days. Remote-area or courier disruptions can occasionally add time.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please check that your email address and delivery details are correct before paying.
Can I mix colours or sizes and still save?
Yes. For eligible individual products, add each colour or size you want separately to your cart. Buy any 2 eligible items and save 10%; buy any 3 or more eligible items and save 15%. The qualifying discount is applied automatically.
How do workspace bundles work?
Our fixed workspace bundles let you choose each included product’s available colour independently. Bundle prices are already reduced, and they also qualify for the automatic Mix & Save offer: buy any 2 eligible items and save 10%, or buy any 3 or more and save 15%.
Are Zentro CableDock™ clips magnetic?
No. CableDock uses a fixed adhesive multi-clip design. Zentro SnapDock™ is the magnetic cable organiser.
What if I change my mind?
Eligible online purchases can be cancelled within 7 days of receipt under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. The item must be returned in suitable condition and direct return costs may apply. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
What if my product is faulty or arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not limited by our store policy.
