Zentro Studio (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates zentrostudio.co.za in South Africa. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable South African law.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you browse, create an account, place an order, contact us or subscribe to marketing. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details and customer-service messages. Payment information is processed by our payment providers and Shopify; we do not receive your full card details.
We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages and interaction data.
Why we use your information

- to provide order tracking, returns and customer support;
- to prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;

Who receives information
We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, couriers, fulfilment partners, email providers, fraud-prevention providers and professional advisers. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, their providers may process device and interaction data subject to our consent settings. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that offer appropriate protection consistent with POPIA.

We use essential cookies to operate checkout, security and customer accounts. You can also restrict cookies in your browser, although parts of the store may not work correctly.

Our store is not intended for children under 18 to purchase without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
